Please join PG&E on Friday June 9th for our 2nd Annual Out for Business Workshop.  This is our signature event connecting LGBT suppliers to PG&E purchasers, PG&E suppliers and other companies.

Background: In 2012, PG&E added LGBT suppliers to how we defined diverse supplier and we are very interested in going spend with this community segment both directly, through our Prime suppliers and generally with our fellow corporations.  In a recent report by the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, it estimates LGBT owned businesses add $1.7B billion to the economy and create tens of thousands of jobs.  It also estimates that nearly 20% of all certified LGBT suppliers are located in the state of California.  These are companies who have an average of 12 years in business and over $2M in sales.  They are strong viable businesses that we believe are an important part of our future success.
