In the wake of the pandemic, there's been an explosion of webinars and educational offerings for struggling small business owners. Few have addressed how we are all managing the increased anxieties and conflict. We're seeing that communication and engaged listening aren't just soft skills, but integral for how we connect with and support one another. Employers and workplace leaders also have an opportunity to re-write their workplace culture by listening to messages from folks on the ground.
