She'll discuss the roots of conflict and explore a key skill for active listening that will help you communicate more effectively and diffuse tension. Be ready to dive in! This is an interactive workshop that incorporates polls and breakout rooms so that participants can practice their new skills. In the wake of the pandemic\, there's been an explosion of webinars and educational offerings for struggling small business owners. Few have addressed how we are all managing the increased anxieties and conflict.
