Who am I?
I have more than 30 years of experience crossing different paths in our busy world. As a retired Naval Officer I understand the nuances of federal government management (and hence, the red tape). As a retired public servant I have held front line, supervisory and managerial positions. I not only understand how cities work , I understand them from the bottom up. My non-government experience includes retail, service and manufacturing industries as well as Higher Education.
