I am a life and leadership coach, guiding people to discover and to live their purpose and passion by building confidence, developing leadership, and powerfully navigating change. I worked for over 20 years in the semiconductor industry before creating a new future, making the shift to owning my own business, Kim Wallace Coaching. I work one-on-one with professionals who are committed to discovering what truly fulfills them and getting the most out of their life.

I am trained in the fields of ontology and energy leadership with over ten years of experience and am a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) certified by the International Coaching Federation. 

I love to write, and you can see some of my latest work on the blog page of my website. I am also a cyclist, a gardener, a singer and a percussionist. My wife and I married in 2014 and have a family of four cats and one dog.
