Restaurant Grants Open (LGBTQ and Ally) March 15 - April 5
News Flash!
We are excited to announce that applications are now open for a series of grants for local restaurants, celebrating LGBTQ & Allied business resilience as part of the return of the NGLCC Community Impact Grant Program in 2023, in partnership with Rainbow Chamber Silicon Valley and supported by the Grubhub Community Fund.
The grants are expected to range from $10,000 to $25,000 and funds can be used for things like updating security and security protocols, updating/purchasing new equipment, community involvement, marketing and PR services, updating digital/e-commerce presence, purchasing product, staff training programs, employee pay and/or staff incentivized wages, COVID-19 recovery, and maintenance/updating of current infrastructure, etc.
The round of grant applications for our region opens on March 15 and closes April 5, 2023.
"Our chamber is excited to be able to extend this opportunity to our community," said Rainbow Chamber Silicon Valley Board President Bettie Owen. "We would love to see local LGBTQ or ally restaurants apply and be granted some of these much-needed funds."
