June Business Training: The Art of Constructive Conflict
How many times have you heard, or even said, “I hate conflict!”?
Conflict is inevitable—but it doesn’t have to be destructive. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore how to approach conflict as a catalyst for clarity and connection. You’ll learn to listen beyond words, express yourself with honesty and respect, and engage in challenging conversations with confidence.
Through real-time practice, you’ll leave with the tools to turn moments of tension into opportunities for growth, both personally and professionally.
